When East winds blow for days on end, air gets stagnant in the Willamette Valley. Right now several storms are lurking out in the North Pacific threatening to wash it all away. Until then, we get to enjoy the beauty of pollution in the city. This is how I imagine the first morning after the Apocalypse.
