I'm happy to announce Foulweather #2 is now available online at Reading Frenzy (as well as in their physical store). Also, Foulweather #2 will be joining issue #1 on the shelves of various branches of Multnomah County soon!
Mad props to public libraries and independent book shops for doing their bit to support independent media and promoting easy access to a radical variety of publications!
These types of things give me a bit more motivation to keep Foulweather plodding along...
