but not completely unrelated note David and Ricardo from Phoresia asked me to write a little something for their website awhile ago. It is part of a larger project I am working entitled, "Confessions Of A Guilty Expat" which will eventually become an account of my time in Bahrain and resulting political awakening and eventual immigration to the US.
Anyway this recent piece on Phoresia is a little snippet about how skateboarding fit into the whole thing.
