I was going to write a weather report, 'the state of Foulweather' so to speak. It was going to be one of those 'this blog sucks, I'm shutting it down. Zines are pointless' type of things. But every once in awhile I get letters and emails from people who've picked up a copy of Foulweather and felt compelled to communicate with me... so onwards I plod.
